when you throw a pokeball just before the pokeball hits the Pokemon press the A button.

Go on Cycling Road without a Bike

When you don't have a Bike and want to go to Cycling Road just go to the building that goes to Cycling Road when you get in the building and when the guard says you can't go on Cycling Road without a Bike press and hold Right until you pass him them walk to Cycling Road and you should have a Bike even know you didn't get one.
